1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CyberMapSec's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CyberMapSec provides professional cybersecurity assessment services including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, red team exercises, and related security consulting. All services are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) and service agreement executed between CyberMapSec and the client.

3. Authorized Testing

CyberMapSec only conducts security testing with explicit written authorization from the system owner. Clients must provide proper authorization documentation before any testing begins. Testing without authorization is illegal and will not be performed under any circumstances.

Clients represent and warrant that they have full legal authority to authorize security testing on all systems specified in the engagement scope.

4. Confidentiality

CyberMapSec treats all client information, findings, and engagement details as strictly confidential. We execute NDAs with all clients and do not disclose any engagement details without express written consent. Our confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service relationship.

5. Intellectual Property

Assessment reports and findings delivered to clients become the client's property upon delivery and full payment. CyberMapSec retains rights to general methodologies, tools, and knowledge. We do not retain copies of client data beyond the engagement period.

6. Limitation of Liability

CyberMapSec's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. CyberMapSec is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Security assessments identify vulnerabilities as they exist at the time of testing and are not a guarantee that systems are free of all vulnerabilities.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or contact information to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
• Scrape or harvest data from our website
• Impersonate CyberMapSec or our staff
• Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity

8. Website Disclaimer

Our website is provided for informational purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of website content. Website content is subject to change without notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes arising from our services will be resolved through the terms established in the client's service agreement, which may specify jurisdiction and dispute resolution mechanisms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through our website.
